Rose-Marie Shigas is an award-winning curriculum developer, an instructor for the North Carolina Virtual Public School (NCVPS) and a high school retention consultant for Know How Education Solutions. She has more than a decade of teaching and teacher mentor experience.

Rose-Marie is the author of "Vision Quest : A High School Success Seminar," which is a dynamic and energizing curriculum designed to increase high school retention rates.  She has also developed educational curriculum for online AP Psychology and Sociology courses as well as a Global Water School Curriculum for Water.org.

Rose-Marie received her Master's Degree in Education from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
